This residential area is a diverse mix of Philadelphia culture and some new age hipster twists. Check out the American Sardine Bar, The Pharmacy (coffee shop with live music), and Philly Taco! There is a small store a block away that houses most of life's necessities, with a much larger grocer and super store a 5 minute drive away (Fresh Grocer). Please note that due to the diversity of this neighborhood, it can get loud at times. It's full of character and characters!

The property is conveniently located just 2.2 miles from Center City, 3 miles from Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center, and Citizens Bank Park, and only 1.7 miles from UPenn and Drexel University. It’s also just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport and close to many of the area's hospitals. This makes it an ideal spot for family gatherings or anyone visiting for an event. Let's start with the first floor that features an open concept kitchen, living and dining. The gourmet kitchen includes a double oven and plenty of space to cook including an oversized island with 4 barstools seats. This floor has room to entertain everyone between the large dining table and oversized sectional facing the ultra HD smart tv (no cable). The perfect space for small groups to hangout or intimate dinners! Each of the 4 bedrooms offers something spectacular and unique! The master suite features space bursting with natural light, a king-sized bed, sectional couch ready for lounging and a smart tv to pull it all together. The ensuite spa like bathroom will have you never wanting to leave with oversized stand alone tub and overhead rainshower. Did I mention there's a dual vanity and walk-in closet? On the second floor, experience true comfort on the ultra-thick plush queen mattresses with soft sheets. There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor. Each has its own closet, and they share a decadent hall bathroom. One of these rooms has two queen beds, and the other has one queen bed. Both rooms are soaked with natural light that beams in from the oversized custom windows. Bedroom 4 has space all to itself on its own floor with its own luxury private bathroom to use. This room encompasses an ultra thick queen bed and is perfect for those in the group who want the upmost privacy. Saving the best for last is the decadent private roof deck with a 6 person jacuzzi tub & view of the Philadelphia skyline to the North and Philly's Sports Stadiums to the South! Pink sunsets from this rooftop are nearly unbeatable!

-Dogs are welcome, breed restrictions apply, please inquire before booking. Fee of $150 applies. We do our absolute best to ensure our hot tubs are running at full steam and you can fully assume the tub will work during your stay. However, in the event there is an issue discovered during your stay, we will do our best to get a tech out right away, or issue a $25/night refund for any nights not resolved.
