Had an excellent stay at Marion's place. She was friendly, proactive, responsive and very helpful to my needs. The airbnb was beautiful, clean, had great bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the rain showers, jacuzzi, and master beedroom and watching movies on the big tvs. Will definitely book this place again the next time I'm in Philly.

The place was as described, clean and very spacious. Perfect for my family to hang out and spend a night. Very convenient to be able to park off the street in the diner parking lot overnight.

My friends and I stayed at this Airbnb for one night and loved it. It was very spacious and beautiful. The jacuzzi was the best part! Our Airbnb host was also so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be booking our stay here again.

The Air BNB is identical to as listed. The walkable neighborhood, clean spaces, wonderful amenities, and gracious hosts would make me want to stay here everytime I come to Philadelphia!

We loved this apartment. We could walk to the events we were attending or easily get a lyft. The neighborhood feels very safe, we were walking during the day and evening. The apartment was great for two of us, we each had a room and bathroom to ourselves. Cozy living room and handy kitchen. We loved being so close to a fabulous diner. Would stay here again.

Marion & her home came to our rescue!! This was a last minute booking & she did everything to make it easy on me. Home was spotless. Perfect parking. Huge living room for hanging & private bedrooms for sleeping. Excellent location, too! Definitely a great rental! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marion was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve experienced through Airbnb! Gave us recommendations nearby, answered every one of our questions in depth and kindness, and most importantly was prompt with everything. The house is huge and gave us the opportunity to all hangout together, or run away and feel like we had our own space. Hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a physical day of walking and standing. Highly recommend!

Marion was a great host for us at the Federal Hideway. Communicated clearly and promptly and the place had everything we needed. Was flexible when we needed a little extra time at checkout. Place has an empty lot and an abandoned row home next to it on either side, so plenty of privacy, but on an occupied residential street so we never felt isolated or unsafe. Parking on the street can be challenging after 5pm, but it’s free. The rooftop balcony was a nice spot to hang. Great kitchen that we cooked breakfast in every morning.
