This house was beautiful and clean and even the neighbors were extremely friendly. The host, Marion was super nice and very accommodating. I was sad to leave. We couldn't have ask for a better mini vacation. if I ever need to stay in Philadelphia again I will definitely book with her.

Marion’s place was great! We had 6 people stay overnight and parking for 3 cars was easy to find very close to the place. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room to hang out. Place was awesome!

Marion was a great host during our visit to Philly! She was very welcoming and assisted us with all our inquiries. Due to the big snow storm and possible flight cancellations, she was very accommodating to our needs if we would’ve had to stay! That meant a lot.

I had a group of 14 staying at Marion’s place and it was PERFECT! Marion was super friendly, and quick at communicating whenever we needed anything. The place was super easy to find and a plus that there was free street parking. My friends and I enjoyed the hot tub and the games that were provided was a plus! We would definitely stay with her again!

the stay for the few days at this airbnb was great. they provided everything I could need. Marion was very responsive to my messages about any concerns or questions. The area is very safe and not too far from Chinatown or downtown Philadelphia. I would 100 % come back and book here again!

We had the most amazing stay celebrating New Year’s Eve and my daughter’s birthday here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The newly redesigned space is absolutely beautiful — modern, stylish, and so cozy. The rooftop hangout area was a total highlight with breathtaking views, and the hot tub was spotless and perfect for relaxing. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of soft extra blankets that made everything feel extra cozy. We also loved the fun games — such a great touch for family time. Most of all, the host was beyond wonderful — super accommodating, friendly, responsive, and truly made us feel taken care of. This stay created memories we’ll cherish forever, and we can’t wait to come back!

The place was great! It was clean and pristine when we walked in, and plenty of towels were provided in the top and bottom bathrooms. This was a nice place to hang out and stay for the night. Plenty of pillows and blankets and the top bed was comfortable, though there were varying opinions from others of the other beds feeling too hard or just right

The Air BNB is identical to as listed. The walkable neighborhood, clean spaces, wonderful amenities, and gracious hosts would make me want to stay here everytime I come to Philadelphia!

We loved this apartment. We could walk to the events we were attending or easily get a lyft. The neighborhood feels very safe, we were walking during the day and evening. The apartment was great for two of us, we each had a room and bathroom to ourselves. Cozy living room and handy kitchen. We loved being so close to a fabulous diner. Would stay here again.
